Future state vision for this function is to design for resilience as we launch engineering platforms and products, share availability of critical services publicly with our clients, reduce operational loss and support costs, and continuously demise unused systems.
Heightened focus on Operational Resilience is key to our strategic theme of enhancing Engineering risk management. The measurement and monitoring of operational resilience includes:
• Defining a consistent taxonomy for Business Services, associated functions and Engineering Services
• Enabling dependency mapping of those Services to the assets they rely on, including systems, people, processes, vendors and facilities
• Creating a scenario catalog with impact tolerances/error budgets, ensuring recovery plans are in place and automating regular testing
• Maintaining a Resilience Dashboard for users across the firm to define the above, and view resulting analytics
The tooling to enable this initiative is a joint-venture between Operational Resilience Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Operational Risk and Resilience Metrics, Enterprise Technology Operations and Risk Engineering.
The program involves architecting and building the tooling from scratch on cutting edge technology stack that is highly scalable and performant to support 4,000+ users firmwide. The tooling is being built with the intent to be fully cloud native over the next few years, while starting in a hybrid mode using containerized deployments in view of time to market. Given the regulatory nature of the program, all the data will be modelled in the firm’s strategic data platform (Alloy) and go through data governance sign offs. Tooling will be built in tight alignment with site reliability principles to ensure a highly resilient architecture.

• Oversee entire retail operations including sales, manpower, inventory, store planning and maintenance and weekly reporting of sales achievement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Pursues initiatives to capitalize on strengths and market opportunities, and to counter competitive threats
• Make excellent use of the Business Development team to provide expert category advice and support relevant to the customer channel.
• Identify any sales and gross profit deficits early and respond with customer and market activity that fills the gap.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing plans to attract new customers and support existing customers.
• Represent the company to participate in industry-wide activities and trade events.
• Leverage every opportunity to provide customers additional value from the program of activity the company provides including product launch, masterclass and skills development, and events.

4. Budget Management:

• Work closely with the HOD to develop and manage the sales budget and ensure achievement of the sales budget.
• Work closely with the AR team to optimize customer payments and minimize bad debts.
• Collaboration with the AR team to evaluate credit terms and limits to mitigate potential credit risks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business or any relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience, preferably in Food industry
• Experience in managing/leading a team in Food industry
• Proven experience and track record as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior-level sales position
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Business level Japanese proficiency level required to manage and outreach to Japanese-speaking customer base

Responsibilities:

- Participate in client meetings to gather business requirements and map to the solution capabilities

- Perform gap analysis from requirements gathered to solution proposed

- Complete design/configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and key third-party products

- Produce project documentation such as: Functional Requirements Document, Customization Specifications, User Acceptance Test Scripts, and End User Training Documentation

- Build integrations to perform data conversion tasks and additional integrations based off requirements

- Participate in all tasks relating to feature testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

- This is an entry level role which does not require professional experience

- Up to 3 years of experience with software consulting and implementation, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central desirable
