Overview

Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. · Provide incident management advice and/or support as needed and ensure that data incidents and breaches are responded to and managed effectively.

· Review Data Sharing Agreements that may be entered into between RHSO and other organizations when needed

· Plan and develop training and communications materials for RHSO staff

Requirements

· A degree from a recognized university, with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably within healthcare industry

· Relevant working experience in product management for IT or learning management systems (2 years min), with previous deployment of educational IT resources as a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain full oversight of construction, A&A and customer fit-out projects to ensure Group Minimum Standards (GMS) and any other related EHS standards and requirements, relevant statutory obligations and regulatory requirements, codes, and laws, are implemented, efficiently managed, and maintained throughout the duration of each project.
• Work in conjunction with the Contractor site management team
• Conduct 6-monthly compliance audits for construction and A&A projects, prepare audit report and follow up on the findings with relevant stakeholders till closure
• Attend daily Construction / A&A Project Coordination meetings
• Collect and prepare monthly safety report including required EHS metrics for data consolidation
• Work closely with and provide support to the Singapore Data Centre Operations Project Team and General Contractor
• Review and provide constructive input on projects as well as operational data centre related high-risk work processes and their relevant safety documents (e.g. risks assessments, safe work procedures, worker competencies, equipment licenses, etc); including the oversight of high-risk work execution (May occur on weekends / after office hours)
• Oversee all safety incidents or near misses that occur for projects and operational data centres
• Review injury/incident reports and investigations for completeness
• In cases where dangerous occurrences or incidents with major injuries have occurred, to assist with onsite investigations within short notice
• Assist the Country EHS Manager in ISO45001 / BizSafe audits and certifications.
• Plan, develop and execute EHS programs, procedures and awareness activities for the Singapore data centres
• Support any other EHS activities, initiatives and tasks as assigned by the Country EHS Manager for both projects and operational data centres

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of EHS management experience in Construction / Addition & Alteration type of works (post WSHO registration)
• Data centre, facility management or manufacturing related EHS experience is an added advantage

1. Job Purpose

Assist the DDI team to provide basic care for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.

1. Duties and Responsibilities

2.1 Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

Outpatient setting

• Assists in the day to day operation by performing the following duties
• Provide instruction for patients to change before procedure
• Assist patients in the change room as whenever help is needed
• Assist in lifting, moving and transporting patients
• Assist patients to procedure room
• Attend to patients’ queries appropriately.
• Assist to manage the queue and escalate to supervisor when necessary
