1. Implementation and Conducting of New Media Literacy Programmes for Students

• Assist Head of Department (HOD) / Subject Head (SH) Information Communication & Technology (ICT) in planning and implementing New Media Literacy workshops for students.

• Provide Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) enforcement support.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
• Recommend / take reasonably practical action to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implement to control risk.
• Recommend reasonably practical measures to minimize the risk.
• Inspect and examine any machinery, equipment, plant, installation or article in the workplace.
• Enforce site safety practices.
• Organize safety & health awareness program for the site.
• Conduct and Coordinate site safety & health auditing with 3rd party consultants.
• Conduct site safety & health meeting and prepare reports for relevant parties.
• Prepare hazard analysis reports.
• Prepare safety & health management programs and ensures effective implementation.
• Inspect and examine workplace records, certificates, notices and documents kept or kept under the WSHA.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM.
• Minimum Five (5) years of WSHO working experience in the Engineering and Construction industry.
• Minumum Three (3) years of WSHO working experience with LTA projects in Singapore.
• Required Skill(s): Organized, Detailed, Time Management, Good communications & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• To assist WSH Officer in managing Workplace Safety & Health issues in Construction/ factory environment
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to MOM safety requirements and all workers comply with safety regulations
• Ensure the implementation of Company workplace safety management system and enforce to the WSH Supervisors on site
• Accountable for investigating, analysing and determining cause of any incident, accident or dangerous occurrence during work process and recommend means of preventing recurrence
• To prepare necessary safety report as requested
• To check and report to Company in a timely manner for any safety infringement and incident/accident

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a WSH Coordinator in the construction industry.
• Preferrable with LTA or building project experience
• Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance
• Professional Certification and/ or Advanced cert in WSH

• 5 Days|8 hour Rotating Shift
• Weekday：7am to 3pm or 130pm to 930pm
• Weekend / PH: 715am to 315pm or 1015am to 615pm

• Possess Pilates Reformer certification

You will handle commercial partnerships and project management through collaborating with SingHealth stakeholders in developing new innovative healthcare solutions towards commercialisation by supporting the identification, validation, prototyping, test-bedding, and product demonstration processes.

You will manage and drive project tasks, including recommendation of grants, to ensure timely completion of project milestones and successful grant applications, support and work closely with the project team on team formation, grants/funding proposal writing and application to support project development.
