Responsibilities:
· Attain in-depth knowledge of the properties and marketability of the Company’s products and a detailed knowledge of competitors’ products
· Recognize, act upon and follow-up on business opportunities
· Promote company’s product to prospective clients and able to identify product’s unique selling points and provide the best solution
· Conduct market surveys and to ensure a substantial market share for existing and new products
· Plan and carry out marketing exercises and presentation for our products in a systematic approach
· Visualize, plan, submit and achieve monthly sales forecast as well as yearly sales target, hereby achieving our supplier’s target for each Brand
· Identify and furnish information on the various competitors’ activities, pricing, and suggest ways and means of reducing the impact of the competition on the Company’s sales
· Maintain and develop trusting long-term relationships with new and existing customers through understanding their business activity and needs
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Building Engineering
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in building industry preferred
· Strong passion in sales and highly driven to achieve targets
· Enjoy working with a dynamic team and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
· Resourceful, meticulous and ability to multi-task with good organisation skills
· Possess strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
· Good problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team
