• Create and schedule captivating content across social media platforms to engage and grow our audience
• Manage and regularly update the company’s social media profiles with fresh, relevant content
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments, providing quick and thoughtful responses
• Plan and execute exciting social media campaigns to showcase our products, services, and events

Responsibilities:

· Follow up and convert motor insurance renewals for existing and new customers.

· Cross-sell other general insurance products to customers.

· Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.

· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the Salesforce system.

· Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry regulations.

· Collaborate with the coworkers/ insurers/respective stakeholder to develop strategies for revenue growth.
