• Able to resolve faults with all Microsoft Products such as Teams, MS Office and O365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems relating to facilities - wireless networks, peripheral device such as printers, scanners, and mobile/smart phones.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Management skills and able to work with global teams for resolution of incidents.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist the new business department with the sales process
• Assist in all aspects and stages of the bid, including initiation and planning, kick-off, solution definition, content development, response consolidation, team reviews, quality control, management review and authorization, package and delivery, post-submission administration, bid revisions, bid awards and win/loss review.
• Deliver a weekly report on the status of open opportunities
• Ensure consistent bid documents across professional services bids.
• Ensure that the pre-sales and bid management workflows are followed, and documentation is stored in the proper location
• Ensure all submission documentation is properly completed and signed off by authorised signatories.
• Ensure proper documentation of every bid after tender submission.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts for inputs where necessary.
• Pose an understanding of client’s RFP/tender objective, client’s pain points and our competitive advantage.
• Support client pitches when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as requested.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management or related areas
• More than 2 years of relevant experience in government or commercial bids preferred
• Highly familiar in Microsoft Office Applications esp. Excel, PowerPoint

Job Description

· Responsible for the organization and execution of maintenance, repairs and services on Bauer specialist foundation machinery and ancillary equipment

· Responsible for the loading, unloading and assembling processes of the heavy-duty special foundation machinery

· Ensuring compliance with the applicable standards, regulations and policies.

· Taking over the responsibility for the reporting system and documentation

· Responsible for the coordination and supervision of related work force and training of personnel

· Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components of heavy-duty machinery

Requirements

· Vocational training as Industrial Mechanic or Electronical Equipment Technology

· Long year experience as Mechanical Specialists on heavy duty machinery produced by Bauer such as BG drilling rigs and duty cycle cranes MC 96/MC 86/MC 64)

· Deep knowledge of Bauer special foundation machines and equipment, especially mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components

· Longstanding experience on international specialist foundation projects in such role

· Ability to communicate fluently in English in writing and speaking

Job Responsibilites and Qualification:

· Participate in requirements gathering and use case development;

· Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SailPoint technologies (IdentityIQ), concepts and features;

· Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing;

· Develop and execute test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions;

· Development background (i.e. JAVA);

· Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in comprehensive manner (i.e. translate and present technical information to business);

· Experience with IdentityIQ Administration and Implementation;

· Develop or contribute to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting;

· Front end tech: Angular.js is ideal;

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;

· Strong IAM domain knowledge;

· Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scripts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinating SOX reporting for Tier 1 SOX entity (ensuring timely completion of reporting responsibilities):
• Providing support to the international SOX teams
• Performing Entity Level Controls (ELCs) testing
