A leading multinational mining group is looking for a Postfixture Invoicing Officer (1-year contract).

Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm (flexi hours)

Location: CBD

Duration: 1 Year Contract, extendable

Salary: up to $4,500 (+ month completion bonus)

Your new role

· Maintain relevant day-to-day databases

· Support business process and automation improvements in delivering effective customer service solutions

· Support compliance with company’s policies in day-to-day matters

· Work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service to counterparties

· Maintain relationships with stakeholders and counterparts

· Handling of freight, demurrage/despatch, bunkers, hire and port disbursement payments as per contractual agreements

· Ensure voyage accounts are accurate and balanced

· Managing and recovering outstanding funds from counterparts

· Reconciling all counterparties’ accounts, including but not limited to Owners, Suppliers, Charterers, etc.

· Execute tasks and procedures required for month end activities

· Assisting with audit and financial queries, when required

· Support system projects and process enhancement initiatives to enhance efficiency

· Support Data Analysis/Reporting activities

What you'll need to succeed

· A Bachelor Degree/Diploma or equivalent

· Previous experiences with laytime and postfixtures

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Technical Specialist located in Ang Mo Kio. Our client makes sophisticated nurse call systems, enterprise reporting and analytics tools, and industry-leading software applications for caregivers and clinical staff and you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance according to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. It also requires coordinating site work with sub-contractors and customers, as well as providing on-site support for systems testing, commissioning, and client training, both locally and overseas. Additionally, the position entails responding to emergency service calls during and after office hours, including public holidays, as part of a weekly standby rotation.

Qualifications:

• Fresh / Entry-level / Relevant Experience for NTC2 / ITE / Diploma in Electronics or IT Engineering background. Certificate for Electronics / IT Engineering will be required upon interview.
