• Format, edit, and distribute minutes of meetings
• Organize and schedule departmental project activities
• Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions and distributing them as needed
• Coordinate and notify with stakeholders and staff of deadlines to ensure timely completion of set objectives.
• Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for assessment and review
• Support projects and initiatives of the department
• Provide general administrative support

Preferred Background:

• Proven experience, preferably within MNC environment
• Able to support multiple stakeholders
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks and deliver results
• Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and other MS applications
• Ability to organize a daily workload by priority
• Able to meet the deadlines in a fast paced and quickly changing environment
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision making skills
