Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record employee attendance and leaves (e.g., annual leave, medical leave, etc.).
• Ensure timely updates and resolve any discrepancies in attendance records.
• Assist in payroll preparation by gathering data and ensuring accurate calculation of employee salaries, overtime, and deductions.
• Handle payroll-related queries and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Coordinate the filing of employee taxes and other necessary statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate policies related to tax filings.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare HR reports, such as attendance and payroll summaries, for management review.
• Administer employee benefits, including insurance and leave entitlements.
• Assist with the management of employee claims and reimbursements.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic audits of HR records to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, reports, and correspondences.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR administration and payroll
• Familiarity with local labor laws and tax filing requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
