Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Candidate that does not fulfil this minimum requirement but with relevant experience would be considered.
2. Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies in reports and documents.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret project data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
4. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple reports and tasks efficiently.
5. Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients.
6. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with engineering software and tools, including MS Office suite, AutoCAD, or project management software.
