o Assist members on U Care programme application
o Attend to walk-in membership & UTAP enquiries including appointment verification, data entry, form scanning and payment collection.

Job Description
 Sort up daily invoices/DO / PO/ GT
 Scanning and printing invoices
 Assist to attach supporting documents in SAP
 Support/ follow up with the approval on invoices
 Liaise with vendors for outstanding invoices
 Response on vendors payment/ staffs claim enquries
 Assist in ad-hoc AP duties assigned
o Filling
o Retrieve documents
o Assist on data entries of those direct invoices (PHM) if the person in charge absent

Requirements
- Min A/N Level
- Able to start work immediately
- No experience needed, training is provided
- Interested in studying Accountaing/Finance
