Job Description:

• Handle Service and repair cases of ear pieces, In-The- Ear (ITE) Hearing Aids, Behind-The-Ear (BTE) Hearing Aids

• Handle Urgent custom made ear piece order

• Provide Support in logistics (i.e Packing)

• Trimming/ Filling Ear mold

• Need to perform soldering work

• Quality Check and testing of all out-going instruments

• Scanning Ear impression for custom made ear mold and ordering from Vietnam

• Maintain housekeeping for safe working environment

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Managing the HRIS System @ SuccessFactor i.e. prompt update of new / changes of employee’s database with maximum accuracy.
• Administering the part-time/intern recruitment and processes.
• Maintaining personnel files for all employees.
• Assist in payroll processing.
• Conduct orientation for new employee(s) first day.
• General administration and human resources related tasks (e.g. quarterly orientation, employment contracts, set-up new personal files, new hire guides, leave application, overtime and etc).
• Provide guidance training to employee on HRIS system.
• To assist and cooperate with the team on any other tasks that is not listed on the above as and when the team is short-handed.
• Any other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource related field.
• Diploma in any other field with HR as one of the subject’s inclusion
• Min 1 to 2 years of working experience as a generalist role in human resources
• Familiar with payroll system
• Microsoft Office skills such as vlookup and pivot table in Excel

• Responsible for daily office administration, including office supplies, office security etc.
• Support with Data entry work - on customer orders
• Follow ups on customer emails, and follow up calls if needed
• Handle general administrative duties such as filing, binding, photocopying if needed
