SUMMARY:

The Human Resource (HR) Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of human resource activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees
• Assist in tracking employee tracking and development activities
• Prepare and process timely distribution of monthly payroll, increment salary slip, leave encashment and final settlements
• Engage employees and manage their social welfare (plan company events, activities on occasions, schedule training sessions)
• Perform any other duties or HR projects as assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
