Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Working location: Ubi
• Working Hour – Monday to Friday – 0830 am to 1730 pm, 1 Saturday 0830 am to 1230 pm

Requirements:

• Min Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
• At least 3 years and above of QS experience in main-con companies
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibility:

• Prepare and analyze cost comparison
• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
• All other QS related job
