We’re looking for an experienced and meticulous Finance & HR Manager to take charge of our accounting and HR matters. You will be reporting to the CEO directly.

This role is completely work-from-home, You will be immersed in a young and dynamic environment in one of the fastest growing industries.

Roles & responsibilities:

Finance

• Responsible for preparing monthly financial reports in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the Company's requirements
• Responsible for regularly analysing financial information to provide insights and recommendations for management
• Responsible for financial forecasting and planning
• Responsible for book-keeping, invoicing, payments, reconciliation, GST filing, annual reporting

HR

• You will be in charge of human resources matters, such as processing monthly payroll, employee claims, employee leave and other benefits.
• Responsible for performing the full spectrum of payroll function and benefit claims monthly
• Responsible for any other HR related duties.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience
• Chartered Accountant
• At least a degree in accounting or related studies
• Experience with Xero accounting software is a must
• HR experience is a plus
• A self-starter that loves a fast-paced environment and new challenges
• High level of initiative with the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
• Ability to work independently and on multiple projects concurrently

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Despatch Operation, including route planning and stocks release to transporters
• Update Transport Management System (TMS) promptly and accurately
• Comply with all SOP and Audit requirements
• Execute daily works efficiently, and achieve high productivity and accuracy
• Work closely with different stakeholders e.g. transporters, warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

• Preferably with Forklift License
• Preferably with Warehouse Experience
• Computer literate
• Able to work in Cold Room work environment (About 18 Deg)

• Work location: 680 Upper Thomson Road (will move to 7 Sunview Road at the last Quarter of 2024)
• Working hours: 7am to 3.05pm, Monday to Saturday

• Support in the monthly stock take of finished goods.
• Process delivery orders and inventory update.

Requirements:

• GCE N level and above
• At least 2 years of warehousing experience
• Possess valid forklift licence.
