Working Day : 5.5 days

Working Time : 8.30am to 6pm, 8.30am to 12.30pm

Key Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review all various reports, payments, GST, Tax computation etc.
• Assist in forecasting & budgeting.
• Transfer Pricing
• Regional finance transactions, tax, rules, and regulations.
• Intercompany balances and transactions
• Project cost tracking and perform account analysis
• Cash flow management
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers
• Compliance with Company Policies, Processes, and Procedures, Internal Audit
• ERP implementations.
• Communicate with various departments, managers, and outsiders.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in Accountant/ Finance with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Prior experience with group consolidation is preferable but not mandatory.
• Team player with high integrity and a sense of urgency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, meticulous, resourceful, and analytical.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and PowerPoint
• Experience with MYOB, Globe 3 ERP accounting systems
• Initial years of external audit experience are preferred.
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting and project accounting.
• Able to handle difficult issues/situations and ability to work under pressure
• Good understanding / Prior years’ experience with regional finance.

Work Scope

- Check all tender notices through different platforms daily

- Printing, filing, scanning and documentation

- Course enrolment for workers

- Booking of air ticket as and when needed

- Application/Renewal/Cancellation of workers’ work permit

- Renewal of season parking, road tax, vehicle and company insurance

- Operations administrative works

- Prepare service report and photo report for submission to clients on time

- Other administrative tasks assigned by the management

Requirement

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

- High accuracy and precise

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
• Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
