Role Overview
The HR and Administration Manager will lead human resources and administrative functions, acting as a catalyst for change and innovation within the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and cultural best practices.

- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and office facilities for optimal efficiency.
- Provide guidance to international teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and contribute to business decision-making.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–15 years of HR and administration experience, preferably within trading or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s employment laws and cultural nuances.
- Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving organizational change.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance workplace culture and create high-engagement environments.
