Responsibilities :

• Oversees daily operations within the control tower to ensure on time delivery and timely follow ups with suppliers and other stakeholders.
• This includes assist in shipment booking, event (milestone) management, as well as timely escalation of issues.
• Ensures operational services are executed in an effective and efficient manner across several transport service providers and different modes of transport, while maintaining a high level of quality and meeting performance and cost targets.
• Reporting to the CLL Control Tower Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager
• Other duties assigned

Day to day Operations:

• First point of contact for customers, carriers, suppliers and other supply chain stakeholders during day-to-day business
• Handle customer’s orders including related documentation, and transport booking with carriers according to specified routing and service level
• Monitor transport execution to ensure adherence of all supply chain stakeholders to established work standards and work instruction
• Handling of customer requests and supply chain incidents / disruptions
• Follow up on missing events and investigate data inconsistencies

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Logistics
• Strong computer skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• General understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts and logistics processes
• Willingness to occasionally support work schedules outside of standard business hours (evenings / weekends), e.g., in case of urgent or emergency shipment

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform clerical tasks, and daily data entry

• Generate DO, PO & Invoice as deemed necessary, and ensure that all supporting documents are in place

• To respond to any email from customer or vendor

• Proper filling of documents for records and easy retrieval

• Assist in office management and organization procedures

• Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualification & Skill

Have at least 1 year experience as an Admin staff

Have good interpersonal and organizational skills

Able to work with minimal supervision

Have strong attention to detail and a strong team player

Meticulous, Independent & Teamwork
