• Coordinate business strategies across various business activities
• Ensure compliance of the company standards and policies
• Develop and implement plans for mitigating risk
• Overseeing workplace safety issues and ensure company follow respective regulations and standards
• Oversee transportation management and inventory distribution operations
• Ensure customers’ orders able to shipped out and arrived on time to maintain customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement warehouse improvement system and solutions for better productivity and efficiency
• Create and execute cost savings plans
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics or equivalent
• At least 5 - 8 years of warehouse/ logistics operation experience, with supervisory experience
• Prior experience and knowledge in using WMS and SAP will be an added advantage
