• Administering patient consent before commencing research procedures.
• Scheduling appointments for health screenings and managing follow-up reports.
• Coordinating and accompanying patients for lab tests if necessary.
• Delivering high-quality service and care to all patients.

Requirements

· 5.5 work week

Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance of local employment laws
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of:
  - payroll / payroll related
  - income tax (IR8A and IR21)
  - claims
  - foreign worker levy refunds
  - work pass application / renewal / cancellation
  - monthly reports to Finance and Heads of Departments
• Process general insurance, employee health benefits and travel insurance claims and policy renewals
• Conduct employee orientation and exit interview
• Supervise team of HR personnel
• Coordinate with various departments (both internal and external) on recruitment needs
• Review and update HR policies
• Administer employee performance appraisals and training processes.
• Liaise with auditors

Requirements :

• Diploma in Business Management/Human Resource Management or higher.
• Min 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of local employment laws.
• Proficient in MS Office and payroll software.
