We are The Pets Workshop, an all-service pet grooming service provider located in Tampines Central, Kovan, Nex mall and Clarke Quay. We work with dogs, cats, bunnies and guinea pigs and we are looking out for part time pet grooming assistants to join us!

Our pet grooming assistants are critical members of our team. They assist our pet stylists with basic pet grooming care, starting with showering of pets, blow drying them, brushing them, clipping of their nails, cleaning of their ears. On top of that, they assist to maintain the cleanliness of our salon and attending to customers.

We welcome applicants who are patient, would like to learn more about the industry, and have a lot of love for animals. Prior experience is great, but no prior experience is okay too. We provide a great learning environment, friendly co-workers, excellent opportunity to learn about the industry, competitive pay, the occasional milk tea treats from the lead stylist, and of course many fluffy furkids for you to work with!

Work Location: Novena

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Hourly Salary: $13.60 per hour

3 - 6 Months Contract

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment-related operations matters.
• Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage interview logistics, including room bookings and virtual meeting setups.
• Conduct initial resume screenings to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate applications in our recruitment databases.
• Support generation of reports and metrics to support recruitment analytics.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Organized, meticulous and attention to details
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule and fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to a wide range of work procedure and operational guidelines
