• Mon - Fri @ 8.30 - 5.30pm
• Report to HR manager

Key Duties:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions / operations
• Implement and review HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness
• Process end-to-end payroll for employees including monthly CPF taxes
• Prepare regular HR report including employee turnover and absenteeism
• Conduct salary benchmarking and give recommendation for adjustments
• Manage performance appraisal process and support manager to address performance issues
• Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention
• Perform other HR / admin related duties

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in HR / Business Administration
• At least 5 years experience in HR (2 years in a managerial role)
