• Assist to coordinate the annual budget exercise for research division working closely with different stakeholders to ensure budget marksmanship
• Manage the school internal grants which includes post grant operations such as account creation, budget loading, account closure
• Any ad-hoc tasks where required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Sciences, Business Administration, Media, Arts and Design
• Preferably more than 5 years of related working experience in academic / research / healthcare industry
• Experience in designing visuals, infographics, creating professional and attractive powerpoint slides for management
• Experience in minutes writing and generating minutes in a short time frame
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially MS Powerpoint, MS Excel
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or related software
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Meticulous, positive attitude, able to multi-task, and work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Resourceful, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to develop new ideas and provide conceptual solutions

This is a 2 years contract appointment.
