Job Description

• Own the end to end employee lifecycle for Singapore office.
• Cooperate effectively with the payroll vendors in the countries to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Own benefits processes with local and global vendors including but not limited to Pension Plan, Meal Allowance, Vacations tracker and Health Insurance.
• Oversee office management including but not limited to office contract renewal, maintenance of office supplies, IT equipment management and monthly employee engagement.
• Be the HRIS owner for Singapore office.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or related majors.
• At least 7 years of progressive HR Operations experience, with exposure in centralised payroll processing and regional payroll vendor management.
• Knowledge of relevant payroll and income tax laws in multi-country settings.
• Understanding and experience in HCM systems, SAP and Oracle preferred.
• Self-starter who is detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
