Job Description

• Shipment coordination (local and cross borders)

Responsibilities

• Preparing and arranging of food ingredients to meet the daily production demands
• Operating a variety of kitchen appliances including mixer and ovens
• Packaging of finished products to be sent to outlets / hotels
• Maintaining the cleanliness in the kitchens including cooking surfaces and equipment and utensils
• R&D new products

Qualities:

• Min 1 year of relevant working experience appreciated

Working Hours:

1. Handle and process of sales orders based on customer’s requirements.

2. Perform timely data inputs and updates.

3. Coordinates Logistics Operation, arrange inventory allocation, monitor, and ensure all orders

are duly delivered to customer within a stipulated operation turnaround time.

4. Coordinate claims processing and shipment tracking

5. Maintain the required operations turnaround time and provide supporting documents for

accurate and timely customer billing.

6. Maintain good relationship with customers by ensuring supply reliability.

7. Perform data updates into logistics to support operation.

8. Support fellow members in month-end closing operations.

9. Back-up fellow team members in their operation as and when required.

10. Provides clerical or administrative support such as filing and documentation processing.
