• Close follow up with the on the approval process and ensure prompt closure of any task
• Assist in checking for budget sufficiency for various manpower charges such as staff award, prorating of Bonus, etc.
• Prepare manpower listing for claims or audit on quarterly basis
• Track manpower expenditure utilisation for management reporting and oversee to projects’ healthy spending, and follow-up where necessary
• Provide ad-hoc advice on manpower related queries
• Assist in any events/meetings whenever required
• In charge of procurement and finance related tasks pertaining to centre operations
• In charge of PDPA and OSHE matters for the centre
• Supports the directors in general administrative duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Preferably 1 year or more in research-related or higher education industry working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat applications, and knowledge of research project management is an advantage
• Meticulous, organized, and proactive
• Good team player with strong sense of ownership
• Good written and verbal communication skills
