Job Description
• To assist in loading and offloading
• To do stock take and stock check
• Mantain cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse and inventory Maintains receipt, binning, posting, records and issuance of materials
• Receives and unpack materials and supplies
• Report damages and discrepancies for goods receipt
• Packing of parts for shipment and dispatch

Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field.

• Assist in booking of flights and hotel with their vendor
• Assist in arranging meetings / calendar management
• Help to process claims / expenses
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, reference check and coordinating orientation sessions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system
• Assist with benefits administration
• Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Assist in the off-boarding process for departing employees, including preparing paperwork, coordinating exit interview, updating of HR system and records
• Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed
• Assist with researching and collation of information to support HR initiatives
• Assist with performance management processes and documentation
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
