Job Description:

1. Providing support to the Accounts Department
2. Accounts receivable functions such as processing invoices, keeping track of receivables and filing and updating of received records.
3. Accounts payable functions such as verification of invoices received, preparing payments observing credit terms and limits and filing and updating payment records.
4. Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
5. Prepares financial reports and GST reports for assigned accounts
6. Process relevant government agencies application and filing.
7. Bank Reconciliation of assigned accounts
8. Petty cash reimbursement for assigned departments
9. Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
10. Update and report to superiors of any irregularities in accounts.
11. Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc
12. Any adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma in Accounting discipline
2. Fresh graduate are welcome
3. Knowledge of accounting terminology and manage full set of accounts
4. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
5. Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
6. Proficient in Business Central System will be a plus
7. Having Shipping /Oil & Gas industry experience will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

1. To support the Sales Operations on Customer's inquiries, order processing, liaising with supplier and arrange shipment with forwarder and handle delivery arrangement.
2. To provide dedicated Customer Service such as following up with after sales is concluded.
3. To support the Sales Engineers on daily operations to meet Customer's requirements.
