HR Manager -MNC

Basic $5,000 - $5,550 + $250 fixed transport allowance

Job scopes:
General Affairs:
a) Providing a safe and comfortable office environment
- Maintain contracts of services in the facilitation for office operations such as utility and communication usage
- In-house equipment and appliances management
- Regular cleaning arrangements such as air con, office chairs etc.
- Ensuring security (for IT-related matters, we will separately collaborate with the IT department.)
- Update emergency contact network and conduct annual training
b) Lease management (office, expat employee residences, company cars, etc.)
c) Support for procedures during overseas business trips
- Regular guide, flight tickets, hotels, social gathering venue reservations, etc. for visiting VIPs
d) Handling other general affairs-related ad-hoc tasks (inquiries from employees, etc.)
Human Resources:
a) Salary and bonus calculation/payment procedures to employees
b) Hiring and firing of employees
- Execution and promotion of recruitment plans , partnering with HR Consultant etc.
- Ensure best job-to-person match between candidates and company with HR assistance.
- Assist in various pass application for foreign employees
c) Maintain and manage payroll and benefits programs
- Ensure employees job grades are aligned with the organization through regular market research with management validation.
- Annual insurance renewal with updated records
- Personal income tax declaration for staff
d) Employees promotion development programs
- Develop strategy on how to support the promotion programs that are set by the company together with HR Consultants.
e) Assist to make notification/announcement to help employees understand the criteria of promotion
- Work with management and employees to improve relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Send letters and notices on behalf of management to promote understanding among employees.
f) Regular updates of employee handbooks, personnel policies, and various procedures.
- Confirm legal revisions, market research data, employee surveys, etc., and update at least once a year.
g) Liaison with local government agencies (MOM, CPF, SDF, etc.)
- Required to be a PDPA Data Protection Officer (DPO)
h) Management of number of head count and personnel expenses
- Preparation of budget when formulating the budget, and report the discrepancy between the budget and actual results during the period.
i) Attendance management
- Prepare monthly reporting of attendance reports to management based on working hours data captured in the HRMS
j) Management and supervision of direct reports
k) Handling other HR-related ad-hoc tasks (inquiries from employees, etc.)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of HR& General Affairs Manager experience.
- Minimum of Diploma in Business Administration or related specialisations.
