The HR Generalist for this role will manage the daily functions of the HR Department including hiring and interviewing, administering pay, benefits and enforcing company policies and practices.
Main Responsibilities
· Conduct and facilitate talent acquisition process
· Evaluate and implement HR polices and procedures
· Conduct bi-annual performance appraisal exercise
· Review and propose annual salary increment against market practices
· Manage monthly full payroll cycle, interbilling and CPF submission, including submission of IR21 and IR8A
· Adminster government related claims
· Manage work passes including apply, renew or cancel work pass for foreign employees
· Handle all HR related surveys conducted by local authorities
· Identify and propose HR initiatives align with market changes
· Source appropriate training programmes for employees
· Maintain employees and all HR related files in the HR drive
· Review and update handbook to reflect current practices and new policies
· Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager
Qualification & Experience
· Minimum diploma with 3 years of related experience in hands-on human resource role and payroll administration, including prior use of QuickHR system.
· Strong understanding of HR practices and knowledge of MOM regulations
· Excellent interpersonal and strong organisational skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Reliable, independent and detail-oriented
· Understanding of strategic HR policies and procedures
· Ability to act with professionalism and handle sensitive information with discretion
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Able to start immediately is preferred
