Job scope:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
• Gather market feedback and information for specialty grades in Asia
• Define target audience segments and develop effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention.
• Coordinate with sales team to design PowerPoint slides for product promotion to target customers
• Coordinate general sales with company's Asia offices, acting as a sales assistant to sales VP (Internal sales)
• New product/Project conception and planning under supervision of sales VP
• Develop new digital image opportunities in the region.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Business, Marketing or Logistics

Invictus International School Singapore is seeking a responsible Account Receivable Assistant who will be supporting the School’s financial system and to support office function to ensure an effective service to the School. He/She will work and coordinate closely with the Senior Account Receivable Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue accurate invoices to parents
• Ensure invoices comply with contractual terms
• Handling the full spectrum of accounts receivable and collection duties
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Responsible for the purchase of Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) as one of the administrators
• Liaising with parents on receivables, feedback and exception requests
• Support administrative works at the school, if required
