• To source for potential candidates from various channels (e.g. social platforms, institutions and professional networks)
• To design and administer job posting
• To establish and review Human Resource policies related to hiring
• To study and justify the manpower request from various department
• To prepare HR related reports require by internal stakeholders
• To keep abreast of employment laws and ensure compliance with employment legislation
• To analyze the turnover data and proposed improvement plan to reduce the labor turnover rate
• To establish and drive the retention program
• To perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
• Prefer at least 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Possesses strong collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
• A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work independently
• Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous
