AA responsibilities include updating of outstanding schedule (po or service related matters from clients), arranging stock to collect or deliver, issuing of user acceptance test form (UAT) for clients to sign for job done, follow up with installation team when return to office including make sure UAT signed by clients, materials return by installer. Upon completion, scan the UAT, DO, Invoice, Quotation, PO to save in file server and Auto-count system.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls

Filing and scanning of documents

Preparing UAT and DO for daily jobs

Liaise with leaders / supervisors to verify/check worker’s OT and expenses claim by worker

Any other office related scopes

Requirements and skills

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular)

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
