Responsibility:

• Provide day-to-day support in the full spectrum of HR and admin functions
• Drive the full recruitment from sourcing, interviewing, and selection
• Basic HR and admin duties such as handling onboarding applications, properly filling and updating records, preparing submission papers for recruitment
• Work with partners to conduct recruitment workshop
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least A Levels/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Meticulous, team player, good communicator, organised worker with good follow-through
• Able to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced working environment dealing with large work volume
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable communication with staff from different levels
