Job Scope

• Reporting to Banquet Manager, assist in supervising and managing the day-to-day activities of the Banquet staff.
• Ensure Banquet events are executed in line with client's preferences and Event Order.
• Handle client feedback effectively and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
• Oversee and maintain security and proper storage of banquet inventory, equipment, and financial transactions.
• Help establish optimal supply and equipment levels.
• Ensure all tasks are performed promptly and meet the required standards of the Centre.
• Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Conduct pre-event briefings for the Banquet team.
• Aid the Banquet Manager in event forecasting and requisitions.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of supervising experience in Banquet operations
• Willing to work on rotating shifts (weekends/PH) depends on event schedule
