Responsibilities:

• Review engineering drawings and execute experiments, calculations, and statistical controls for new products/processes.
• Drive engineering activities to enhance manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Troubleshoot and redesign production processes for cleanroom and non-cleanroom operations.
• Support qualification and setup of new materials, recipes, and system applications.
• Identify and implement process improvements for future requirements.
• Conduct equipment and material validations (IQ, OQ, PQ methodology).
• Source suppliers, qualify specifications, and estimate costs for projects.
• Support new business projects and implement technologies.
• Train and build technical capabilities within the department.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Process Engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems (e.g., CAD, ERP) and workflow simulation tools.
• Experience with statistical process control and applying ISO standards (ISO13485, GDPMS).
• Understanding of end-to-end processes in manufacturing and supply chain engineering.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and analytical.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage VMware and other vCenter environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Configure and maintain Meraki switches and access points, as well as Fortigate firewalls, ensuring network security and efficiency.
• Administer Windows servers, including MS-SQL and IIS servers to support development projects and assist with creating queries and reports.
• Support and maintain Windows workstations and laptops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
• Implement and manage backup/recovery solutions, along with comprehensive disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and operations.
• Collaborate with HQ to align with corporate IT standards, including maintaining and updating ISO documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Able to start within short notice is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of VMware and vCenter environments.
• Proficient in SQL and IIS server management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows servers and workstations.
• Familiar with Meraki and Fortigate products.
• Experience in office 365 installation and configuration.
