Job Summary:
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee engagement consultant and change agent.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Partnership:
· Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
· Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
· Talent Management:
· Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand.
· Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to management on employee development for the Business group in charged.
· Employee Relations:
· Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and facilitate resolutions.
· Promote a culture of engagement and inclusivity through various HR initiatives.
· Change Management:
· Support organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication throughout the process.
· Provide guidance on restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning in case to support business success.
· Compliance and Policy Development:
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
· Master’s and above degrees in Human Resources, or Computer Science and Electrical and Electronic Engineering
· Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role in high-tech industry.
· Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Skills:
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
· Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
