Full-Time Salary:

Part-Time Salary:

Job Scope:
-Support daily store operations
-Maintain floor display area and VM as per company standards
-Provide excellent customer service according to company service standards
-Work as a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Responsibilities:

· Provide general administrative and secretarial support.

· Diary/ calendar management

· Prepare materials for meetings and document minutes.

· Handling calls and correspondences including incoming documents and emails.

· Manage expenses claim and petty cash claims.

· Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements (i.e. flights, accommodation, visa, etc.)

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/managers.

Requirements:

· Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration Management or equivalent.

· At least 2-3 working experiences in the related field.

· Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organisational skills

· Independent and can work under minimum supervision.

· Able to do multi-tasking and can work under stress in a fast-paced environment.

· Motivated, responsible, well-organised and fast learner
