Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment-related operations matters.

Benefits Operations

• Assist in the day-to-day administration of flexible benefits program, annual flexible benefits enrolment, financial year end accruals and annual tax reporting
• Assist in the day-to-day administration of insurance related matters such as enquiries on the insurance related programmes and claims
• Assist in conducting periodic audit reviews on claims relating to flexible benefits and leave applications audits
• Responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate leave system functionalities prior to implementation as leave administrator
• Responsible for administration of work-injury cases such as filing work injury report and processing claims
• Process all medical bills from panel clinics and hospitals to ensure timely payment and billing to external organisations
• Responsible for leave management and other benefits operations (e.g. birthday scheme)
• Other administrative duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

People Operations

• Perform procurement duties for the division
• Track the budget utilisation for the division’s purchases and expenses
• Other administrative duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Requirements:

• Diploma with few years of HR experiences
• GCE O Level / A Level / Diploma
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Organised, meticulous and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in benefits and HR operations under HR Shared Services environment will be an advantage
• Prior experience in using SAP SuccessFactors is a plus

We are seeking for Technicians/Engineers to join a leading HVAC equipment manufacturer with over 30 years of industry presence in Singapore.

Location: Kembangan
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm & Sat, 8am to 3pm
Salary: Basic $2800 to $5000, depending on experience

Job scope:
- Develop HVAC systems that meet the specific requirements of the building or facility (heating, cooling, ventilation).

- Diagnose and fix problems with HVAC systems, such as issues with temperature regulation, airflow, or refrigerant leaks

- Conduct performance tests to ensure HVAC systems are operating according to specifications

Requirements:
- Min. NITEC / Diploma in any relevant Engineering discipline
- Able to use AutoCAD to create 2D drawings
- Class 3 license would be advantageous

Mechanical system assembly, electrical wiring, I/O test and site installation.

· Provide basic operation training to customer

· Assist in machine repair, service, maintenance & troubleshooting.

Working Hours:

• Any 3 - 4 days a week (Mon - Sat, Sundays & PH closed)
• Shifts: 7am - 4pm, 7am - 5pm, 12pm - 9pm, or 10am - 7pm (Saturdays)

Job Scope:

• Ferrying patients to and from wards & OT
• Handing over cases to nurses in the wards
• Ensuring patient safety during transport
