Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct quality control inspections for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.

Communicate with customers regarding product specifications and quality concerns.

Regularly update quality standards to meet customer requirements.

Carry out daily QC tasks, including incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

Maintain and update QC testing records and reports.

Review and validate routine QC results.

Coordinate with the Logistics team for outgoing shipment arrangements.

Report any abnormalities or issues to the QA Supervisor.

Prepare and submit quality-related reports.

Participate in ISO 9001:2015 internal quality audit (IQA) activities.
