Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• At least 8-15 years of experience in Solar and BESS Electrical design, energy business related engineering management and project management (engineering and construction).
• Well verse of Solar resource assessment, PVsyst software, BESS sizing techniques, software and tools (Homer etc.).
• Experience in other renewable energy projects, especially Wind, CCU is preferred.

Working together with government, non-profit, and grassroots organizations, SAGE will empower older adults to actively participate in community development, fostering mental, social, and physical well-being. The chosen candidate will undertake a support role in running formative research for SAGE, including Participatory Action Research (PAR), the development and validation of instruments and approaches, and evaluation of community capacities. Following this, the candidate will be involved in implementing and evaluating the identified SAGE programmes planned together with the seniors.
