Availability of tables should continuously be monitored and updated based on the outlet’s operation timing, special events, marketing events and other big groups booking. • TripleSeat – Review and update the reservation bookings based on the updated events calendar on Tripleseat. Responsible in blocking, booking and updating of big groups reservation inside Tripleseat portal.

Close coordination with head chef on menu planning, special request, price and food tasting (for high spenders).
• Coordinating with Sales planner on all small group enquiries that have not meet the minimum spending requirement.
• Planning all big group reservation and collection of deposits, achieving the big group sales target, Update the Concierge Manager by updating the big group tracking on a weekly and monthly basis.

4. MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

• Close coordination with respective Marketing Executive in ensuring the marketing initiative, activation and execution are well briefed to the team members. All marketing mechanics such as poster and tents card are properly managed and available for the guest.
• Responsible in marketing initiative by promotions and blasting out of EDMS and offers to guests with the usage of emails or WhatsApp messages.
• Drive the S&M initiative to ensure that it increases foot traffic and contributes to additional revenue.

5. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT

• Manage the compilation of all guest database on a weekly basis and forward to the marketing team every Sunday for the master lists.
• Management of feedback forms collections and compilation.
• Ensuring that thank you notes are sent out to the guests after their visit in the outlet through either WhatsApp messages or email.
• Handles any special menu printing and formatting for any guests that requires any special dietary restrictions.

JOB SUMMARY

General Facility Maintenance Assistant role is to ensure a safe and secure environment in the work premises at all times by keeping a vigilant look-out and reporting any suspicious activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

The General Facility Maintenance Assistant will be reporting to the HR Executive and will be accountable and authorized for the following:

· Able to perform the essential functions of walking and interacting with employees, tenants and visitors on site.

· Secure the work premises and personnel by monitoring the surroundings through surveillance device/s and patrolling the property where necessary.

· Must be vigilant to the surroundings, ensure safe conditions in the work premise and report any suspicious personnel and activities to the HR Executive and top management immediately.

· Assist visitors to park at the correct location properly while moving their vehicles in a safe manner and within speed limit.

· Record the details of all visitors who enter the premise in the company’s log book before issuing the visitor’s pass and collect the passes upon exit. Update them on the assembly point when there is an emergency evacuation.

· Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees, tenants and visitors.

· Assisting procurement/ inventory/ logistics executive as and when required.

· Follow safe work practices and procedures.

· Ensure company and QHSE policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

· Perform other assignment and duties as and when required.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Ensure that all drivers and motorcyclists comply with and follow the company’s policies and procedures accordingly.

· Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all employees, tenants, visitors and the premises.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

· Primary level education or equivalent.

· Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in general maintenance activities.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent

· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/ Surveying Works in construction firm

· PC Literate (MS word / Excel)

· 5 day week

Responsibilities:

· Report to Contracts Manager

· Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties

· Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and sub-contractors

• Basic up to $2300 + AWS + VB
• Mon to Fri; 8am - 5.50pm
