Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance & HR Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in both finance and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, including month-end closings.
• Perform budget analysis and prepare detailed financial reports.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance activities as required.
• Collaborate with headquarters’ finance team in Denmark to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

HR Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate solid knowledge of Singapore’s payroll processes and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) framework.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll, employee benefits, and related tasks.
• Handle work pass applications and renewals in compliance with MOM regulations.
• Coordinate with insurance agents to manage employee benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Oversee MOM-related matters, including surveys and other HR administrative requirements.
• Address additional ad-hoc HR and office management tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a dual Finance and HR role.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with international teams.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s financial regulations, payroll systems, and HR frameworks.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
