The Person:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in HR
• Possess at least 2 years of related HR experience in organizational development / culture development / employee engagement
• Proven experience in driving culture and engagement initiatives
• Experience in organizing company-wide events and employee recognition programs
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies
• Knowledge of best practices in organizational culture, employee engagement, and DEI
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and people skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
• Coordinate and oversee employee training and development programs
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in HR management with minimum 3 years of supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• SHRM certification preferred
