3 Years experience as supervsior and above in hotel/restaurant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the senior secretary.
• Organize, file, and retrieve documents and reports.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Verify and edit data as needed, cross-checking input with source documents.
• Maintain databases and ensure that records are up to date.
• Archive historical information as required.
• Follow all regulatory and departmental data entry and processing procedures.
• Follow up with submission of documents.
• Ensure accuracy and submission of reports.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘N/O’ Levels / Diploma and above.
• Able to commit for at least 3 months.
• Able to commence work immediately or in short notice.
• Inters are welcomed, experience with co.sec preffered.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office skills in Excel, knowledge in other data tools.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Attention to details and meticulous.
• Fast learner.

• Liaise with outsourced payroll vendor on monthly payroll
• Work pass applications
• Submit claims and grants
• Arrange training for employees
• Submit WICA and FWMI claims
• Manage employee attendance, leaves and scheduling

Office Administration

• Attend to incoming calls
• Collect and distribute daily mails
• Ensure the maintenance of the copier, laminator, and other company equipment
• Ensure proper filing of documents
• Maintain and keep track of office supplies/equipment/vendors and source for cost-effective vendors
• Undertake a special project or assignments that are assigned to you from time to time by the Company

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in HR/Management/Business related discipline with at least 3 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of Employment Act & familiar with all types of work passes processing online
• Experience/knowledge of Infotech payroll system & F&B/restaurant industry will be an added advantage

Job Description:

As an Assistant Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily production activities in our client’s site. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards, and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. This role will be reporting to the Operations Supervisor.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

§ Responsible for monitoring and improving work process

§ Ensure safe and efficient operation of material-handling equipment by operations team

§ Take charge and supervise a team of 30

§ Receiving job orders and requirements provided by the customer

§ Plan and schedule production deadline to ensure smooth and timely process flow

§ Interact with the customer on the production activities and deadlines

§ Understand the production process flow and constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency

§ Ensure customer’s queries and/or complaints are investigated and resolved

§ To work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives and sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate

Job Requirements:
