Main Roll -- HR duties:
• Handle the full spectrum of HR functions for the service stations in Singapore. This includes stations’ recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, work pass applications/renewal, leave management, payroll processing, yearly staff annual appraisals, and other HR-related matters.
• Generate monthly payroll reports and other analyses as and when required for internal review purposes.
• Timely submission of CPF contributions, IR21, IR8A, levy claim applications, government surveys and other statutory submissions.
• Ensure accurate and timely update of staff details in the HR system and maintain proper filing.
• Immediately reporting to MOM if there is any change in foreign worker details, such as passport, residential address, mobile and etc.
• Provide advice on the application and interpretation of HR policies, and ensure the staff comply with both The Company's rules and regulations as well as local authorities such as MOM, IRAS etc.
• Adhere and ensure compliance with the changes in local rules and regulations.
• Regularly review HR processes with the Station Manager to enhance overall efficiency and provide feedback to the Management on areas for improvement.
• Provide assistance and advice if the staff has any inquiries regarding HR matters.
• Prepare letters and internal announcements as and when required.
• Maintain and timely renew of group medical insurance, WICA, and Security Bond.
• Assist HR Manager in regard to office recruitment and other HR matters.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Supporting Roll -- Office Admin duties:
• Assist in Planing and organizing company event
• Assist with company visit group reception, including but not limited to Hotel booking, meeting room set-up, dining arrangement, group photo taking
• Assist as a backup for other admin duties when needed
