Responsibilities and Duties:

· Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization such as work pass application; renew; withdraw.

· Covering HR talent acquisition;

· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal that drives high performance.

· Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

· Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies, and collaboratively design and implement improved administrative systems.

· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:

· Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required,

· Proven working experience as an HR Manager/Administrative Manager or similar role.

· People oriented and results driven.

· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.

· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

· Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices a plus

· Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

• Location: Woodleigh Mall
• Working Days: 5.5 day work week (1 day Weekday off , 1 day Weekend)

Responsibilities:

• Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.
• Guide primary school children (primary 1 to 5) to ensure completion of daily homework.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.
• Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
• Conduct unique enrichment programmes.
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre.
• Ensure safety of children within the premises.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in any discipline with minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with primary school students.

• Mainly focus on sales strategy planning and business development to meet or exceed given
  Annual Sales target.
• Support technical queries from external (e.g. end users, consultants, and partners)
• Work closely with Solution team in articulating technology and product positioning to both

Requirements
