Job Description

• To provide customer service on retail banking products;
• To attend personal loan application;
• To conduct marketing on bank cards and other personal products on batch basis;
• To maintain relationship with VIP customers;
• To provide financial advice and market financial products to retail customers;
• To keep existing customers updated on portfolios and new products;
• To write reports on products and business;
• To prepare for any ad-hoc duty assigned by Head of Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Prior working experience in banking sector will be advantageous.
• Language: English, Fluent written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related analytical field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Inquisitive nature and willing to learn independently
• Team player, willing to collaborate and take the initiative to propose solutions
• Comfortable in face of fast-paced, uncertain and/or ambiguous situations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualisation applications like Tableau, PowerBI and Python are not essential but will be viewed favourably
• Willing to travel to other Southeast Asia and international locations on assignments
