The successful candidate will work with Associate Professor John S. Ascher on environmental modeling of mosquito vectors and stinging wasps and bees and other insects of importance for public and environmental health under the CNRS@CREATE, SPACE project.

Working with the appointment PI to validate as fit for use an existing specimen and community science dataset of insects of importance for public and environmental health, especially mosquitoes and stinging wasps. The appointee will then conduct species distribution modeling based on an existing pipeline already established for bee research and documented in a publication. Key Responsibilities

• Wing-to-wing responsibilities for all investment management and portfolio management activities for allocated investments, including but not limited to

1. Life Cycle Asset Management

- Prepare and implement the asset/investment level business plan

- Identify and appoint service providers for investments

- Work with the service providers to ensure proper upkeep of asset quality and investment performance

- Provide portfolio and asset management reporting

- Custodian of investment related governance

- Review on-going valuations conducted by 3rd party valuers

- Initiate and execute on ESG related strategies

2. Dispositions

- Lead the sale of assets/investments and prepare divestment memo

3. Support investment activities

- Support underwriting analysis of investment opportunities

- Conduct site visit assessments and provide market research and analysis relating to the investment opportunities

- Support the preparation of investment memos for Investment Committee approvals

- Work with the deal team to conduct due diligence of investment opportunities approved by the Investment Committee

- Participate in the negotiation of definitive agreements with counter parties

- Support the closing and documentation process

• Develop and manage relationships,inbound and outbound, including investors, partners, sellers, managers,agents, and advisors, etc.

Key Requirements

• Strong academic background, with preference for specialization in real estate investment management / engineering / finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate industry
• Good understanding of real estate markets in APAC, ideally with regional experience
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Flexibility to travel

We are searching for an Associate (Strategic Communications) to join our Singapore office, preferably with 1 to 2 years' experience in strategic communications.

Client team lynch-pin

• Acts as the lynch-pin for account co-ordination.
• Takes responsibility for coordinating client status and reporting, minuting meetings and tracking actions, taking responsibility for weekly client WIP reports and leading on development of evaluation reports where required.
• Develops strong understanding of client business (including the basics of its operating model/how it makes money), sector and relevant stakeholder agendas in order to regularly provide teams with competitor, stakeholder and sector intelligence.

Project management

• Creates and manages detailed timelines and status reporting, highlights potential issues ahead of time and seeks solutions and workarounds.
• Manages specific project delivery and engagement with opposite numbers in client organisation.
• Proactively highlights opportunities and potential areas of concern based on knowledge of the client’s environment/business goals.

Research and Insights

• Undertakes research and analysis for clients and the new business teams.
• Consistently turns research into insight and presents findings in a usable and engaging format.

Monitoring

• Compiles regular analysis and summary reports in a timely manner (including channels such as traditional and digital media, political, and stakeholder events/commentary).
• Comfortable using a range of tools to provide digital listening and reporting.

• Through monitoring and research, identifies opportunities for clients and provides competitor awareness/new business insight.

As an Associate Manager within the compliance function, you are expected to play a supporting role and be trained to independently manage compliance for our clients as part of our team.

You will be responsible for managing the compliance of several small financial institutions, including customer due diligence, regulatory reporting and advice on regulations, as well as the management of Ingenia’s relationship with these financial institutions.

While you will be responsible for managing your customers and/or assignments, you will, on occasion, collaborate with our associates and managers. Our managers will provide support and guidance as and when required to train you up to independently handle assignments or any challenges.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance and/or licencing within financial institutions or compliance consulting firms

- Good understanding of compliance requirements under financial regulations, such as the Securities and Futures Act and/or the Financial Advisers Act and their subsidiary regulations, and MAS Notices and Guidelines for Capital Markets Intermediaries

- Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, with a particular focus on Capital Markets Services

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Business or Law

- Accounting knowledge would be an advantage, in particular, for the purpose of reviewing or completing the MAS quarterly returns

- Professional qualifications such as ICA or ACAMS would be an advantage

- Collaboration and work with English-speaking clients, preparing records and communication with the regulator; therefore, good command of and fluency in English is essential

- Able to collaborate and work with Chinese-speaking clients; hence, fluency in spoken Mandarin is preferred

Responsibilities & Scopes:

• Assisting the Business Development Senior on new client leads and answer queries to new and existing clients.
• Actively engage the clients for cross-selling of the Group’s services in 8 markets of Asia Pacific
• Responsible for effective management of new leads, new client onboarding, conducting customer due diligence and KYC works for the Company
• Assist the team in developing channels of sales leads
• Assist the team on capturing new corporate partnerships through various modes such as events, networking sessions, and ongoing relationship management of existing corporate partners.
• Assist the team on data analysis and helps on detailed report for new business opportunities as and when required.

Qualifications:

• A recognized University Degree or a Diploma
• Is self-motivated and enterprising
