1) Handle employee data management such as posting of job advertisements to portals
2) Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
3) Create, verify and maintain staff records in HR system
4) Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and
customers’ expectations
5) Responsible for meeting KPIs
6) Address to customer issues promptly
7) Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
1) 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
2) Diploma and above
3) Good written and communication skills
4) Able to multi task and is Tech Savy
5) Quick learner and a team player
6) Meticulous in record keeping
7) Able to work independently
8) Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services
9) Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage
